As an independent software vendor (ISV), we’ve learned what not to do when it comes to customer service by watching others. We believe in sustaining long-term relationships with our clients founded on real value and approaching our work together with integrity and humility to ensure our customers’ success.
Mark Rockwell
Owner, President
Mark is the founder and President of Rockton Software as well as the lead software architect and designer. After years in the Microsoft Dynamics channel, Mark founded Rockton Software in 1999 and later branched into Rockton Connect. He is also the creator of software solutions that allow SMBs to work more easily in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Business Central, and Acumatica by automating even the most complex and obscure pricing scenarios and calculations.
With a BFA in Theater and a BS in Mathematics, Mark loves puzzles and solving complex problems most people claim “cannot be solved.” He believes in changing the world by living his truth—and empowering others to live theirs. His favorite flavor of yogurt is cherry, and he recently started taking piano lessons—affirming it’s never too late to learn something new.
Jenn Schoemer
Director of Operations
Here at Rockton, Jenn holds about 100 different titles on any given day. She’s a project manager, agility coach, scrum master, product development manager and keeper of the ducks in a row. Her peers say she is one of the most approachable, knowledgeable and helpful go-to sources for…well…anything.
Kelli Sexton
Owner, CEO
As Rockton’s CEO and Vice President, Kelli’s favorite role is supporting the amazing employees who are like family. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in business, which helps her understand people both personally and professionally.
Kelli is also Rockton’s co-founder along with Mark Rockwell—acting as “the big picture person” who sees the connection between seemingly unrelated issues and opportunities. With Mark, Kelli has four children and has remodeled nearly a dozen houses. She is always on a quest to increase her business education and support other business owners. In her free time, she is involved in the Colorado Chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization, and she loves to read, garden, ski, and care for animals on her hobby farm.
Sheila Ochoa
Customer Success Manager
If more than 30 years of software experience isn’t impressive enough, Sheila also brings decades of project management, training, accounting, and inventory expertise. There isn’t much she hasn’t supported, configured, or taught in her career with the government, Microsoft, and Rockton.
Jackie Pride
Consultant
Beginning her career in accounting first, before consulting, gives Jackie a unique depth of understanding of business process flows. In her decades-long role of bringing ERP systems like Dynamics GP and Acumatica to life, she is laser focused on ways to harness their full potential for clients. For Jackie, ERP systems are not just tools, they are a catalyst—a strategic partner for companies to drive sustainable profitability and success.
